Sandblasting
Sandblasting or blasting removes rust, scale, and paint from many different items. This process also prepares different surfaces for paint adhesion. Using different sizes of blasting media allows us to customize the size of angular tooth profile to achieve the perfect results for all specifications.
Sandblasting is a term for the process of smoothing, shaping and cleaning a hard surface by forcing solid particles across that surface at high speeds. Sandblasting or abrasive blasting removes mill scale, corrosion (rust), coatings (paint), heat treatment discoloration, weld spatter or other physical defects. As such, blast cleaning is a preparatory step for a product that will be painted, anodized, plated, powder coated, otherwise finished.
We have experience blasting: bumpers, frames, wheel rims, bike frames, motor cycles, lawn furniture, fences, radiators, tractor parts and more!

Custom Engraving
Our Laser & CNC machines are a simple, easy and effective way to personalize trophies and awards. Laser engraving allows you to quickly create highly detailed designs including text, logos, images or photos on a wide variety of materials and surface finishes. A laser machine can also produce a clear, polished acrylic edge without the need for additional processing, so you can impress your customers with your original acrylic designs.
Lasers and CNC machines are highly versatile. They can process a huge selection of material types, shapes and sizes. Materials can be processed directly and precisely with the laser without any additional setup, chemical additives or post processing. Even 2 point lettering and fine lines are clearly legible.
